I'd like to officially adopt the TicketChangePlugin. I've opened a ticket for this [2].
All of the known defects have been resolved, and the plugin is deprecated as of 0.12, but I'd like to officially adopt it so that new tickets are assigned to me and I can apply any patches developed by others. I'm still using the plugin because I haven't yet been able to upgrade my company past Trac 0.11.7.
I'll follow-up in two weeks.
